Q.What if, I do not do the targeted business required for getting exclusive rights?

In such case, you have an option to pay the remaining amount required to fulfill the target of RS. 4 Lakhs. For e.g. if the target is to get business of Rs. 50 Lakhs and you only finalized the business of Rs. 25 Lakhs, you have done the work of Rs. 2 Lakhs. In such case you can pay the remaining Rs. 2 Lakhs and get your exclusive area.


Q.What if, I do not want to invest Rs. 2 Lakhs as mentioned above to get exclusive rights?

In such case, if you have at least done the 50% of target we will give you one exclusive area, and you will have to do remaining business in that area in next 3 months to get the exclusive right of that area.


Q.As projected idea says, if we can’t give minimum discount which is required to compete in the market company will not start the project in such case what happens to customers we have finalized or relation we have established with the customers?

In such case, if company do not want to launch the project as quantity of orders required by the company to launch the project, the customers finalized by the managers will be customers of Managers with whom they can do direct business if they wish to do, in such case they have to give 2% business done with all this customers for lifetime to the company to recover the investment and cost incurred by the company.

Q.What is the benefit to the manufacturer to tie up with us at this stage?

As we are going to visit 2 lakhs homes door by door it is great opportunity for manufacture to market their products through our sales executive by sharing the cost incurred by us for sales executive to reach door to door.

Q.After finalizing the initial target in the first area when actually business will start in my exclusive area?

This depends on different parameters as mentioned below:

- As per the credit value generated in the proposed projected idea by each Manager to get the priority on the basis of
- When they joined the projected tea
- How many hours one worked for the company before launching the project
- How many meeting they attended
- How fast they fulfill the different requirement as and when asked
- How fast they achieved the task as and when assigned
- How much more value of orders they finalized and how each month they are managing to get repetitive orders from the customers
- Even though it is not mandatory, how much additional effort they are interested to put if we start delivering in their exclusive are
- What is the feasibility of starting taking orders from there are
- More and more point will be added from time to time to give you better idea.

Q. When are you planning to register a Company?

Company will be registered as we cannot do direct selling without forming a company.

The company will be formed once 40 managers have understood and have experienced in society with which they are confident that they can finalize 1000 customers with the help of sales executive team.

Q.What about we getting % of profit from core area i.e. area in which managers have finalized the customers?

If we have enough profit and cash flow in the company, we can distribute % of sales done by each manager in core area till the time they reach to Rs. 2 lakhs per month i.e. combined in customers from core area and exclusive area.
