Current Initial Task To Be Done By Projected Manager
Each Manager has to finalize the customers in assigned areas. For doing this we need to check that weather projected Manager has the experience to explain our project and handle the society members in such a way that they give their Monthly requirement and ultimately give orders.
For doing above currently each Manager can meet people in assigned society and share the project with them and get the confidence that when we actually launch the project that they can get orders from 1000 customers as per our system.
Each manager must explain the project to people and minimum submit the list of 30 people with phone numbers and email ids, who have shown interest, understood the system and they will actually order once we launch the project.
Either you can visit the society and meet people in society and explain to small group of people or can do it any way you think suitable for doing above task.
Our aim is to get 40000 customers when we launch project. For e.g. if we have team of 100 managers each one needs to get orders from 400 customer or if we have team of 50 managers each one has to get orders from 800 customers.
If you wish to organize meeting, for organizing meeting we have following documents available:
* Application to be submitted to society
* Pamphlet to be distributed to society with Date and Venue
* Complete document which explains what actions you have to take at the time of meeting
* Submit list of people who attended meeting
While taking a meeting if you find someone interested in becoming manager, you can explain them in detail the system of becoming Manager or invite them to come and meet us in office. In such case, if any one becomes Manager from your society meeting or with your introduction such people will be added as people introduced by you and you will get the benefits for lifetime as introducer.

Process For Society Meeting:
Aim: To establish connection with the people in area from whom we will need support when we actually go door to door when we launch the project.
To finalize the team of Managers on the basis of performance and how they communicate with the people and organize everything smoothly to finalize the supporters for them (local retail shops, Society leaders, Society memebrs etc.) to work with them when you go door to door.
Understand and make note of everything you experienced so that all the suggestion we can incorporate for how we exactly do everything and what other discounts or offers we may have to offer different people to make sure you can easily achieve your target of getting order of Rs. 50 lakhs from your assigned area.
How to arrange Meeting:
Understand the area associated with the society given to you and plan your future 2000 families to whom you are going to approach after launching.
Call Chairman or Secretory of the society assigned to you.
Explain them the project and how it is win situation for everyone.
(If you think ok, inform them that they will extra 2.5% discount for 5 years. (Take care while offering this.)
Give the application in writing for distributing pamphlet and organizing meeting on behalf of 1+1=21 Proposed projected idea on letter head emailed to you.

Locate the person from society who can distribute the pamphlet in the society, inviting them to attend the meeting.
Take care of whatever you required to organize the meeting successfully.
Points to be communicated with the people in meeting:
Explain the purpose that we are doing this work to safe guard the interest of India and implement the vision of Prime Minister of Make in India. All foreign funded ecommerce company will ultimately take the profit outside India.
Complete project as we explained in every meeting for appointing Managers.
Inform them they can also become manager or introduced the manager.
Explain them detail inquiry, order and delivery system as follow:
We will take the meeting as we have arranged now after distributing pamphlets, messages on whatsapp, sms, facebook etc.
In the meeting, we will explain the complete process on how we are going to execute the complete system.
- We will collect your last 1 month to 3 month purchase details whatever you have for grocery, medicines, stationery etc.
- On the basis of this details we will mark your average purchase requirement on the monthly requirement paper
- After this this paper will be shown to you and you will finalize your monthly requirement of the next month on the basis of delivery date informed to you
- Only for the first time we are not taking monthly requirement which are less than Rs. 2000/-.
- On the basis of monthly requirement of each home we will get the total quantity of products required to be purchased from distributor and manufacturer
- After we get the quantity we will get the discounted rate with the delivery charges for each product
- Based on this our computer system will calculate the rate of each product and on basis of that we will SMS you the price at which we can offer you the monthly requirement with the exact difference with MRP
- We are not going to give you the offer unless and until we give you minimum 5% to 10% discount on your monthly purchase as compared to MRP pricing
- We are not going to add any profit on the purchase price + delivery cost + other actual cost as this company is philanthropic company
- As you know the discount in the market for each product is minimum 10% to 40% of MRP you may get the product at 5% to 25% of discount from the MRP as no profit is added and we are not incurring cost in the whole process
- Explain them we need your support to provide you discount and stopping our money going abroad through this big ecommerce companies
- The more you support us faster we will be able to launch the system
- Inform we have enough finance arrange to execute this complete activity for first 40,000 customers
- Explain them we have offer of additional 2.5% discount to first 50 customers from your area for next 5 years to support you initially top finalize 1000 customers from your area
- Take notebook and get phone number landline of multiple members of home, mobile, email id of multiple member of home, face book id, add them on whatsapp group for that society created for that society
- Explain them that we have donor who is investing amount to reach out customer home to home who will get benefit by getting good name and service provided to you for you to get discount on your monthly purchases
