Projected Prospective Evolving Understanding:
To work fulltime for the project of Mr. Sunil Shah
minimum 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday and 4 hours on sat, sun and public
holidays. If you do not come to
office without written consent and approval of sunil shah this understanding is
void. Other conditions related to timing.
To do all the work required to make project
successful.
Cannot do business in the field of business of Project,
Sunil Shah, non-disclosure, no competence, people, investor, associates,
employees etc.
As you are giving fulltime at this stage of project you are given opportunity to
generate Rs. 2 Lakhs per month from the Project:
Rs. 2 Lakhs only if profit is generated
As priority of first Rs. 2 lakhs per month profit
is given to you all the work and activity has to be handled independently
by you.
You cannot ask anything from Sunil Shah
additionally from the project directly or indirectly till you reach to the
stage of generating profit of Rs. 2 lakhs per month consistently.
In case after working for 3 months if you cannot
generate avg. profit of Rs. 2 Lakhs per month and if this understanding gets void you will get credit value as per the conditions of “working” of Rs. 1.5
Lakhs per month worked.
In a process when project reaches to a stage of
actually receiving orders from 40000 home customers of Rs. 5000 per customer or
of Rs. 20 Crores, You will be given 40 exclusive Areas of one city (i.e.
area of 80000 families) for lifetime which you will have to handle
independently and for this you will get 25% of profit generated from these
exclusive areas for lifetime.
